Start with the customer, in the room
I run discovery on the shop floor and in the warehouse, not just in the roadmap. Requirements that survive contact with operations come from watching the work happen.
Make delivery legible
Scope, budget, dependencies and risk in one view that a C-suite sponsor and an engineering lead can both read. Recovery frameworks when a programme drifts.
